We're moving back to Phoenix.
This past summer Devin and I felt strongly about moving up to Flagstaff to pursue school and a new life for our little family. After putting our house up for a short-sale, everything fell perfectly into place. By the second week of November, our house had sold and we were living in an apartment in Flagstaff.
Life in Flagstaff has been trying these past 2.5 months to say the least, one major way being financially. The job search didn't go as planned for Devin, and not knowing where next month's rent is coming from isn't my favorite feeling.
There is always work in Phoenix for Devin working for his dad, and the carpet cleaning company is still in the planning stages (just now with a new location). Devin is still planning on earning his degree, going to GCC most likely in the fall semester.
It took a lot of courage for us to pick up and move, and now it is taking just as much courage to admit to ourselves that it isn't working out. We don't know exactly why we were supposed to move up here, but both Devin and I received answers to our prayers that Flagstaff was right for us at the time. Now we both feel secure in our decision that it is time to come back home.

I have an idea move to mesa and have Devin go to MCC. I'm feeling really good about that!

So sorry things did not work out right! but I do have to say glad you will be around again! But if you need any help with moving or anything just let me know! we have two trucks! And lets plan a double date or something when you get back...movie night for girls I hear calling our names as well!!

Wow. I am glad that younguys are figuring stuff out. I'm sure it's frustrating that you don't understand now why you were supposed to move but I'm sure one day you will. Good luck with the move!
I am excited that you are moving back to P-town, but sad that things didn't work out in Flag...I am sure that you will one day understand the reason for doing what you felt was right and best for your family.
When are you moving back? and do you need help moving?

I am so happy for you. Everything happens for a reason. I don't think moving to Flag was a mistake and I don't think moving back to Phx is a mistake. I know that the Lord has a reason for everything and there are no accidents. I'm so happy that you're listening to His gentle prompting! I love your sweet little family!
