The apartments we decided to live in in Flagstaff are only available either in November or February. Since Devin's classes start in January, that means we will be moving up to Flagstaff in November. That's in 3 weeks! I am not ready for this change and when I think about it my stomach starts to hurt, so I don't think about it too much. The apartments don't allow dogs. We are trying our very hardest to get my parents to take Dixie for 4 short years while Devin completes school. (feel free to leave comments on my mom's blog telling her why Dixie would be a great addition to my parents' home!)
Having Mollie around is a definite change, but one that we welcome. She is so sweet, and she officially outgrew her newborn clothes today, moving up to 0-3 months. We attended a baptism tonight and everyone told me how tiny she is. That made me happy.
Sam is turning 2 in a month. I don't know if I can handle that one. What is it about being a mom that makes you want to hang on to your kids' babyhood? This is a picture of us at the park today. It was so dang sunny and hot that I couldn't see what I was taking a picture of. I'm just glad I got his face in it. I swear the sun is brighter in Arizona.
And one change that makes me very, very happy? My body is starting to shed it's pregnancy shape and I'm starting to recognize myself again. I started the Maker's Diet the day Mollie was born, and haven't cheated once (besides my allotted cheats, of course). So far I have lost 33 lbs. So I guess Mollie accounted for almost 9 lbs. of that, but it still makes me feel good to say I've lost over 30 lbs. Only 40 more to go (I sure know how to pack it on during pregnancy)!

I am not ready to let you move either. Have you heard anything about your house selling? That is a sweet picture of Mollie. I need to hold her and give Sam a giant hug!Way to lose so much weight! AND so soon too! I do hope Dixie gets to be your parent's dog for a few short years!
Take a deep breath, it is a lot to do in a short amount of time. In the month of July '08, Lila was born, Adam quit his job and we moved to AZ for school. We moved here when Lila was 3 weeks old. It was stressful. I was a little bit of an emotional wreck. My message for you: You can do it! All the change will be short lived and in just 2 months you'll start getting used to it all and your hormones will regulate.
I'm totally amazed that you've already lost so much weight! Good for you! Keep it up and feel better soon.
I am so excited for ya'll! Our house closed, too! I can't beleive that we both are moving so close together and it's just going to be Becca and Mom and Dad!
