Headed in the Wrong Direction

I am sick of being sick.

I thought by this point I would be in 2nd trimester bliss, being 18.5 weeks along and all, but no, my body has decided that it's time to throw up all the time.

I HATE throwing up. i'm the type that will lay for hours, hoping that the feeling will pass, rather than endure the violence of vomiting.

Those of you who have been pregnant, especially with girls, please tell me that this will pass!

p.s.
I did wear my "it's a girl" shirt on the day we found out the sex, but I think I'm done posting pictures of myself, taken by myself. It's too embarrassing.

I was sicker with Josie than MJ. The only thing that really helped me was to take half a dramamine at bedtime. It would carry over into the next day and help a ton. I didn't do it every day, but a few times a week so I could have some sort of break from the nausea. It's awful! I'm so sorry. (PS- Dr. Erickson told me it was totally fine to take it).

What we won't go through for our sweet babies! It's why I think we should go straight to heaven!

You poor thing. I don't know what to tell ya, I was hardly sick with Ashlynn. I actually felt great by week 11 or 12. Not that I ever really felt that bad, but I sure feel for. BUT just know that I am sooooo excited that you are having a sweet little girl! They are too fun. I wanted to jump up and down in the halls at church on Sunday when you told me! Congrats to you guys! And feel better girly!

i wish i had some advice for you. i seriously wouldn't have babies if i was sick, because im pretty sure nausea is the worst feeling ever. i hope you get over it soon. all ive ever heard about nausea is it helps to eat small little meals all day long...?

I'm sure you'll be better soon... and if you're not, then worst case scenario is that at 40 weeks you have that sweet baby and it will end and it will all be worth it. After all, think of how much you love Sam- he's worth it right? So is this one- but really, I hope you feel fabulous soon.

Sorry your still sick! That stinks! I thought you'd be better by now. I'm so excited your having a girl! She will be so cute! I guess it's different for everyone because I felt worse with Carter but thankfully never threw up. Hopefully you'll feel better soon!
