This morning I woke up at 3:13 a.m. with the most intense craving thus far of my pregnancy. I HAD to have a soda. It didn't matter what kind, I just had to have it. Of course we didn't have any in our house (which is a good thing), so I was running through all sorts of options. I considered running down to the Chevron and getting some, but I knew that wasn't the smartest idea to do by myself at such an hour. Then I looked over at sleeping Devin and considered his level of anger if I woke him up and asked him to go with me. I decided against that option and just trudged my way down to the kitchen and downed some water. The craving was still raging when I woke up a few hours later, so the moment I got to work I got a Coke from the vending machine. I am now a happy girl. 
Notice the plant behind the can. Devin got it for me. It is our "love fern" (idea taken from the movie How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days).
This is my rubber band ball that I am making at my desk. Pretty amazing, huh? It grows daily.

Funny stuff. I'm glad you didn't make a dangerous Chevron run at 3 am. Sometimes those cravings are SO hard to put off, but I don't think I've experienced one THAT strong before. I hope your coke tasted Heavenly.

haha that is funny! I have been drinking way too much soda lately. Man rubber balls and fern lovin. that is my idea of a good time. Allison. i miss you. we would be making all kind of pregnant videos with you. you should make one before you have your baby. just for me. you can even dance around in my underwear if you want.
I remember having really bad soda cravings when I was told not to have any cuz of the diabetes. Every time we'd drive by a gas station, I would get sad and wanted one even worse! I'm so glad you enjoyed a coke! And I too love the love fern.
ha ha thats funny!! Sometimes you cant fight the cravings...its on your mind until you just have one!!! The love fern is cute!! I cant believe your due SO SOON! Nikki's having her baby the end of this month ..possibly on Halloween...she is fighting against having him that day though. Oh, also a package should be coming your way :)
I am craving the gigantic Costco cupcakes that are in the kitchen right now. Why do I even have them around? I know, because I got them for the family get-together in Sunday and since you and Devin didn't eat one, they are still here haunting me! Is that a fern?
I love that we have time to blog at work and make rubber band balls and veg on the computer, I am sure going to miss you and our break chats!!
Oh man, you're so close...Sweet rubberband ball btw. That thing reminds me of peewee herman's tinfoil ball.
When I was working I made like 4 of those rubber band balls in my office. Nice work!!
If you want to have the baby on the 27th, I could rent another bouncy house and you could bounce around in it.
